Personal training sessions at the comfort of your home gives you the opportunity to have a one on one learning experience on how to perform accurate workout routines without the distractions you might encounter at a big fitness facility. You will be learning exercises you can perform in your own space at your own spare time.
Group session (4 max)
Group sessions will give you the opportunity to have a more affordable workout session while enjoying the company of your family or friends.
